Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility (Within 48 Hours of Delivery)

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product differs significantly from the description or images displayed on our website.

2. Model & Design Changes

If an incorrect model was selected, an exchange can be requested for INR 240 (inclusive of pick-up and re-delivery charges) for the same design.

Requests for a change in design will incur an additional charge of INR 100.

3. Exchange Request Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and the required model/design. A shipping label will be provided, and our team will assist you throughout the process.

4. Requirements for Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following:

  • Record an unboxing video as proof for verification.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

5. Exchange Fulfillment

The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.


Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances
  • In eligible exchange cases, store credit equal to the product value will be issued
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance

2. Product Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee the longevity or durability of printed designs on phone cases
